A new “Survivor” twist!
The tribe spoke on Thursday night in a shocker of a "Survivor" episode — and physically strong JOEL was sent packing.
This week’s episode saw the fans and the faves merged as new tribes were chosen. OZZY of the favorites became the first to choose teammates for the newly created Malakal tribe, while NATALIE of the fans was the first Airai tribe member.
In the end, Ozzy, Joel, AMANDA, ERIC, AMY, TRACY, CIRIE and CHET ended up in Malakal, while Natalie, JAMES, ALEXIS, JONATHAN, JASON, PARVATI, KATHY and ELIZA became Airai tribe members.
ET gets the scoop on the charity event.

First, it was George Clooney and jelly beans. And now Rosie O’Donnell’s likeness has been fashioned out of snack food – including Ring Dings, the talk show host’s favorite. Created by mosaic artist Jason Mecier, this snack-a-licious version of O’Donnell is the latest in his collection of celebrity portraits rendered out of discarded objects.
Previously, the artist has created portraits of everybody from Kathy Griffin crafted out of Clay Aiken CDs to The Donald himself over a background of what appears to be paper money. What would Rosie say about that?

Michael, the three Davids, Jason, Danny, Luke and Chikezie performed songs from the ’80s.
"American Idol" took a journey back to the REAGAN era of the ’80s on Tuesday night when the eight remaining male vocalists performed songs from that decade. Outstanding performances of the night included DAVID ARCHULETA, DAVID HERNANDEZ, MICHAEL JOHNS, DAVID COOK and JASON CASTRO.
It was also a night when the competitors revealed on their pre-performance films their most embarrassing moment in life.
LUKE MENARD kicked off the night’s performances with WHAM’s "Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go." RANDY JACKSON told the 29-year-old from Crawfordsville, IN: "It started out rough. You couldn’t find the pitch, but you got it together in the end. It was a surprising song choice. A little bit corny." PAULA ABDUL, too, was surprised that Luke picked that song, but she was more complimentary, saying, "What I love about you is you have a great instrument. I love, love, love your interpretation." SIMON COWELL, however, didn’t like it. "I thought it was weak and a bit girly. I don’t think you will make it through to the Final 12," he predicted.
Paris Hilton is set set to guest star in hit TV show My Name Is Earl — as herself, it has been revealed.
The 27-year-old socialite — whose film The Hottie and the Nottie bombed at the box office, taking a dire $9,000 in its opening weekend last month — will star in the hour long episode titled “I Won’t Die with a Little Help From My Friends,” where she will portray herself in a dream sequence of Earl’s (Jason Lee).
The episode airs April 3, the first post-strike show for the sitcom. (more…)
