Sir Paul McCartney is set to go on a world tour in a bid to put his bitter divorce from Heather Mills behind him, it has been revealed.

The former Beatle has reportedly told friends that he wants to get back on the road.

If Paul, 65, did decide to embark on a world tour, the potential earnings would almost certainly help him recoup the $48.6m settlement that was awarded to Heather on Monday. (more…)

Bryan Adams has written a song about Amy Winehouse — warning the troubled star that she’s flirting with death.

The Canadian singer — who invited the ‘Rehab’ star to stay at his Caribbean villa last year — expresses his fears for the singer in a song called Flower Grown Wild.

Amy has even agreed to perform the tune on stage with the megastar when he goes on tour later this year.

A source said: “Bryan was so concerned about Amy when she came to stay. It’s an unlikely friendship but Bryan has taken her under his wing, and he would be distraught if anything happened to her.” (more…)

Britney Spears’ pal Sam Lutfi is not happy with the restraining order filed against him.

The pop princess’ self-professed manager has filed court papers saying he objects to a commissioner holding hearings on the stay-away order.

“Please take notice that Osama ‘Sam’ Lutfi will not stipulate to the above referenced case being heard by Reva Goetz,” the documents state. They are signed by Lutfi himself.

The two-page court document was signed on Wednesday last week and filed on Friday - but Lutfi needs to appear at court in person if he wishes to challenge the restraining order. (more…)
