The actress admitted to having a drink and drugs problem in August 2007 and spent time receiving treatment. She spent 84 minutes of a one-day term in jail last November after admitting to drink driving and possession of cocaine. The star was also put on three years probation and ordered to complete an 18 month alcohol education program.
